Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner is optional, but we would love to share this experience with all delegates. Weather permitting, there will be a brief guided walk in the afternoon to the top of Gap Park (‘The Gap’) for history, sea and harbour views. A complimentary return coach from UNSW will take delegates to the iconic seaside restaurant Doyles on the Beach at Watsons Bay, Friday 22 May 2020.

Upon Arrival
Sourdough Roll & Butter 

Bass Strait Tasmanian Scallops
Lightly grilled with a cucumber, ginger,
capsicum & red onion salsa & a chilli,
coriander & citrus caramel dressing.
Natural Oysters
½ Dozen. Freshly shucked
with a red wine & shallot dressing.
Doyles Own Stuffed Jumbo Prawns
filled with bacon, sultanas, egg, spinach, leeks,
pine nuts – fried in beer batter 

Main Course
Barramundi Fillet Grilled
With cauliflower puree, green beans & a tomato & olive salsa.
400g Rib Eye Steak
Rib eye steak on the bone, served medium with grilled tomato, mushroom, fried onion rings,
Café de Paris butter & shoe string fries.
Trio of Fish
John Dory, whiting & flat head fillets golden fried
in light beer batter with chips & Alice Doyle’s
chilli plum sauce.
Garden salad to share.
